​We are pleased that you are interested in our company.
The security and confidentiality of your data is very important to us. In order to provide you with more information regarding the handling of your personal data, we make it transparent for you on this page what happens to the data that is collected and what security measures we take. We also inform you at this point about your statutory rights in connection with the processing of this data. We have appointed Mr. Tong Tong (e-mail: datenschutzbeauftragter(at)axdia.de, see company address) as data protection officer.

You can assert the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Information in accordance with Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation,
- Correction of incorrect or completion of correct data according to Article 16 General Data Protection Regulation,
- Objection to processing pursuant to Article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation,
- Restriction of processing, Article 18 General Data Protection Regulation,
- Deletion of your data stored by us (Article 17 General Data Protection Regulation),
- Right to data portability (see Article 20 General Data Protection Regulation)
- You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us (see Art. 77 General Data Protection Regulation).


 

Personal Data

We only collect personal data if you provide it to us yourself, for example as part of an RMA order or when ordering items from our web shop. Our letter and fax address can be found in the imprint. We do not collect user profiles.
All personal data that we receive from you in the course of using our website will only be collected, processed and used for the stated purpose. We note that this only happens within the framework of the applicable legal provisions or only with your consent. The data will only be passed on to third parties without your consent if we are legally obliged to do so.
 

 

Retention of data

We retain information about you only for as long as is necessary for the specific purposes for which it was collected or as required or permitted by contract or law.

If you contact us using the contact options offered, your details will be saved so that they can be used to process and answer your request. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
 

Data Collection and Processing

When you visit our web pages, we do not collect or process any personal data from you. Only information about the name of your provider and about the web pages that you call up from us, as well as information on the date and time of the call, are stored in a log file and evaluated for statistical purposes (e.g. number of calls for the individual Web pages). This is not personal data. It is therefore not possible for us to assign the data collected to a specific natural person. You remain anonymous as an Internet user.
 

Right of providing information

You have the right to information about your stored data, the origin and recipient of your data and the purpose of the data processing and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. Right of revocation

You are entitled to revoke your consent to the use of personal data at any time with effect for the future. An e-mail to the e-mail address given in the imprint is sufficient for this.
 

 

Security

In order to protect the personal data stored by us from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons, we have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures. The security level is constantly checked in cooperation with security experts and adapted to new security standards.
